Balayage

Ombre
Ombre is another French word, (all great hair comes from France!) which means "shadow.” This hair technique is achieved when the hair is coloured in a graduation from dark to light. The outcome is usually darker hair from the roots to the mid-shaft and a transition to a lighter color from the mid-shaft through to the ends. With this technique, there are no darker pieces left at the bottom of the hair. The great thing about ombre hair is that you can customize how dramatic you want it to be. You can choose to be soft and subtle with dark brown to slightly lighter brown or be loud and proud with black hair that has pink tipped ends! Highlights
Highlighting/low-lighting is the tried and true classic. Pieces of hair are separated from the rest using foils that extend from the root all the way to the ends of the hair. This look creates a beautiful uniform colour change with lots of dimension. Highlights will make the hair appear fuller and is also an excellent solution to camouflaging natural grey.
